Colonnade BridgePort has plans for a multi-phase development near Blair LRT station, with up to five highrises totaling about 1,200 residential units. The proposed project at 2000 City Park Dr. includes three 30-storey towers, along with additional 16- and 12-storey buildings on the four-acre site.
